Also lets models have a default view for each form. Fixes some incorrect
behaviors with the setup of entities to go along with this (e.g. if there
was no default form, the last form would wind up being the default, rather
than the first, if default views were specified.

Also sort some of the vehicle categories, and the vehicle
group itself.

About to change the capitalization of a directory name, so I am separating this
into its own commit. Fun.

Also tweak the function for making groups of entity so that
it only adds model scales for vehicles, and so that the directory
it works in can be set. This still needs to be spun out into a more
generic function, though.

displayEntity() now only triggers a refresh of the world if asked, and
the scale is only redrawn if the world's size has changed

Each entity now has an info object, a views list, and a sizes list.
This will allow for more complex bio/description text
