Previously, the buttons were only enabled with an unlocked y-axis.
Now, they can be used to adjust the ground position.

This also adjusts the settings-init process to fill in the saved
settings with setTimeout. It was trying to update the settings
dropdown before it was inserted into the document!

These let you see how many people are in that area,
for a few different crowd densities.

This used to be controlled by the y-axis-lock setting.

Also fixes the altitudes showing up closer to the ground
when the ground was raised up

Also renames Dalken to Cafat

Also rename Sydney to Sydney, AU to fix a name conflict

Also adds some new snippets for my use

It now re-appears when something is selected

Entities derived from models can now have volumes
