Also update the scripts to support tagging entities

They were being drawn too large when taking a screenshot

Kleiber's Law dictates that metabolic rate scales
with the 3/4ths power of mass, rather than linearly.

Outlines are expensive to render, since they require a blur of
a drop shadow. They're still available, but the default is
now to just brighten them and turn them sepia

This turns into horizontal scroll input, so we just
use deltaX when shift is held.

Drawing an SVGImageElement to a canvas goes haywire. This checks for
that behavior and warns about it, and turns off the fine-grained
selection logic.

This fixes the ultra-fast scrolling that was happening in Safari.
It also makes scrolling more consistent in general.

I forgot to undo some changes to the drawImage logic oops

The click-test code skips the pixel test in Safari, since
drawing SVGs to a canvas is, apparently, a buggy mess.
This also adds a bunch of -webkit-user-select properties
to make things unselectable in Safari.

Some event listeners were being set up instantly, rather than
after the document was fully loaded. This caused them to try
to access a canvas before it was ready, spitting out an error.
The relevant code is now in the DOMContentLoaded block.

Auto prey capacity was getting set to false, rather than 'off'.
It was also showing up when it shouldn't have. The blender script
ignores spaces in the view list now. makeModel wasn't including
mass correcetly.

This also makes two changes to forms: first, forms can
be set to rename the entity, just like views can. This is
enabled for anything using makeModel. Secondly, when switching,
if the new form has a view whose names matches the old form's active
view, it will switch to that same-named view, instead of using
the default view for the form.

So, for example, you'll stay on the "side" view for coins, even when
switching between forms.

Also, adds chicken nuggets as a unit of energy

Previously, the buttons were only enabled with an unlocked y-axis.
Now, they can be used to adjust the ground position.

This also adjusts the settings-init process to fill in the saved
settings with setTimeout. It was trying to update the settings
dropdown before it was inserted into the document!

These let you see how many people are in that area,
for a few different crowd densities.

This used to be controlled by the y-axis-lock setting.

Also fixes the altitudes showing up closer to the ground
when the ground was raised up

It now re-appears when something is selected

Buttons are now flat-looking. The view picker is now as wide as
the other elements. Presets have been moving to the menu. Settings are
padded differently. Menu buttons (just the popout menu) are now square.

This is just because it's holding non-ratio-related info now!

Also remove an unwanted log statement

This makes them switch to kilometers automatically

Only happens if both 'show ratios' and 'show horizon' are enabled

Estimated mass was being scaled linearly, not cubically.

The 'show ratios' option now shows how many of the second entity
fit into the first entity if it has a capacity attribute

I want to redo them and put them in Objects. I'll do
that soon

Also make 'earth' a valid unit

This usually happens when the window gets unfocused before
the screenshot is done. The promise is now handled properly.
Unhandled promise errors will now cause a popup. The popup
can only appear once now.

You don't have to hld alt to move things past the edge of the
screen now. There was no real reason to include that.
