I also significantly rewrote the process-potrace-model-forms.py
script, as well as the blender-model.py script. Most of the other
scripts are old; I removed some personal info from them, so they
don't work properly now.

Two things: One, some states were getting simplified
out of existence. Two, states that crossed the -180/180
longitude line were getting projected from the wrong side
of the planet.

This also includes new scripts for generating some data -- but I am going
to migrate the actual generator scripts to another repo soon

This one doesn't require autotracing the lines, which should make
for better results.

Also adds the scripts used to generate them.

Firefox won't draw SVGs to a canvas correctly without width/height
attributes (even if a viewBox is present). This commit inserts those
values where needed and removes the Firefox check from the click
detection code, so it works properly (and screenshots are fixed, too).
