Also fix the delete button appearing on page load

This allows for multiple filters to be applied simultaneously. This commit
also moves some misc stuff, like the help and donate buttons, into a new
info menu. This also fixes touches outside of a popout menu not causing
the menu to close.

Outlines are expensive to render, since they require a blur of
a drop shadow. They're still available, but the default is
now to just brighten them and turn them sepia

Drawing an SVGImageElement to a canvas goes haywire. This checks for
that behavior and warns about it, and turns off the fine-grained
selection logic.

Buttons are now flat-looking. The view picker is now as wide as
the other elements. Presets have been moving to the menu. Settings are
padded differently. Menu buttons (just the popout menu) are now square.

This is just because it's holding non-ratio-related info now!

This usually happens when the window gets unfocused before
the screenshot is done. The promise is now handled properly.
Unhandled promise errors will now cause a popup. The popup
can only appear once now.

Also add some missing scripts

Forms allow for one entity to have multiple distinct sets of
views and sizes.

Entities can now be rotated. This does not affect
their height. For now, they can only be rotated by
45 degrees at a time. I will work out something nicer
later on.

This affects the world height, the entity scale, and all view numeric inputs.
The fields are no longer of type 'number' so that text can be entered.

This stops Firefox from complaining that the values
are not integers.

Also tweak the function for making groups of entity so that
it only adds model scales for vehicles, and so that the directory
it works in can be set. This still needs to be spun out into a more
generic function, though.

Mostly spans with divs as children, as well as writing
checked='true' instead of just checked.
